He began his career with ICI, where he spent over 17 years in leadership roles across India and the UK, including CEO of the Specialty Materials business and Vice President Finance.

In addition to his executive career, he has served on multiple boards, including Al Tayer Insignia and Seafox International, and chaired the Audit Committee at King's College Hospital London – UAE. He is known for his strong governance focus, financial acumen, and strategic perspective in guiding organizations through complexity and growth.

In addition to his role at King's College Hospital Jeddah, Mr. Bugshan serves on the boards of MenaBev, one of the largest PepsiCo bottlers in the Middle East, and SSFL, the producer and distributor of PepsiCo foods in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Additionally, he has held advisory and board roles with organizations including Endeavor Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Tareef Alaama is the President of King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is a highly trusted strategic Executive Leader in a variety of sectors in Saudi Arabia, with over 20 years of experience and a solid record of transformative achievements.

Dr. Alaama is recognized for his contributions to healthcare leadership, strategic management, and education in Saudi Arabia, having held various high-profile roles, including Deputy Minister for Therapeutic Services at the Saudi Ministry of Health. He is currently working on laying the foundations to take KAU to the next level — of becoming a global best-in-class entrepreneurial university that plays a major role in local and international talent development, applied research contributions, and economic impact.

This is being achieved by building and inspiring cross-functional, high-performing teams, and by using advanced influencing and communication skills, effective problem-solving, and innovative thinking to engage large numbers of stakeholders. Dr. Tareef Alaama is a proud recipient of the Order (Medal) of King Abdulaziz of the Second Class.

Emad is the Chief Medical Officer of King's College Hospital London – Jeddah. A well-known Consultant in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Gynaecology Oncology with 20 years of experience in governmental and private hospitals as both a clinician and a healthcare leader.

He began his career at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh, then Makkah, holding multiple positions including Director of Academic Affairs and Hospital Director for Executive Affairs. After his early retirement, he joined International Medical Centre, Jeddah as Chairman of the Women's Health Centre, Chief Medical Officer, and Managing Director of the Women and Children Hospital project.

He received his education at King Saud University, McGill University, and the University of Montreal — where he obtained his Canadian Board and American Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and the Canadian Board in Gynaecology Oncology. Emad is also a military veteran holding the rank of Colonel.

Samer is the Chief Operating Officer of King's College Hospital London in Jeddah, with over 23 years of experience across multiple areas of healthcare administration — including operations, commissioning, patient experience, hospitality, and facility management.

He is credited with transforming the patient experience and infusing a "Patient-Centric" mindset across the entire organisation, injecting passion for service excellence. He is also leading the healthcare council at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce.

Samer graduated with a master's degree in BA from Northeastern University, Boston on a Fulbright scholarship, and trained in hospital management and operations at Cleveland Clinic.

Rizwan is an accomplished urologist from UCLH, London, with extensive clinical and management experience at various levels.

After contributing to the success of KCH Dubai in different management roles — including Chief Medical Officer — he is currently serving as Chief Governance Officer at KCH Jeddah. He is leading the implementation of our Quality Framework in alignment with UK standards across all aspects of hospital operations.

He is widely published and recognised as an international expert in his field. Dr. Rizwan is regularly invited to share his experiences at international forums. He has served on the governing boards of various international organisations and contributed to the development of clinical standards and guidelines that benefit patients across the UK and beyond. He holds an MD from University College London (UCL).

Abdelrahman Mohamed Abdelrahman serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 35 years of extensive experience leading financial operations across major hospitals and healthcare organisations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, alongside a strong background in the banking sector. Throughout his career, he has overseen large finance teams, led budgeting and financial planning functions, strengthened governance and internal control frameworks, and worked closely with Boards and executive leadership to drive sustainable growth.

He has spearheaded major financial transformation initiatives, including IFRS transitions, ERP implementations, and the financial oversight of operations exceeding billions of Saudi Riyals. Known for his collaborative and strategic leadership style, Abdelrahman prioritises transparency, operational efficiency, and aligning financial strategies with the delivery of high-quality patient care.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University and has completed advanced executive programs, including Strategy for Health Care Delivery at Harvard Business School, the Mayo Clinic Care Network Program, C-Suite Leadership – Becoming a Fierce Leader (ILEAD), the Strengths-Based Leadership Program (KON), and is FMVA certified (Beacon FinTrain). He also holds multiple qualifications in Staff Management & Development, Financial and Strategic Planning, Accounting and Financial Operations, Business Expansion, Operations Management, Budget Development & Management, Complex Business Management, and Crisis Management.

Diaa Kamal is an accomplished healthcare technology executive with over 26 years of extensive experience in healthcare information technology, digital transformation, and strategic IT leadership. As the Chief Information Officer at King's College Hospital London, Jeddah, he spearheads the organisation's digital transformation initiatives — overseeing the strategic direction of information systems, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure to support world-class patient care.
