Anyone aged 13 or older. Minors may use only with a parent or guardian. Clinical content is for general information; it does not replace a consultation.
Account responsibilities
Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts used to attempt to access another patient's record.
Consent and how we record it
Creating an account or booking through this site requires you to accept these Terms together with the Privacy Policy. We log the date, time, and version of the policy you accepted. You can review and change choices at any time from your account settings or by emailing dpo@kch.sa.
Limitation of liability
These pages are provided as-is. Clinical advice given in person by your consultant is what governs your care.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Jeddah.
