Ophthalmology
Sight is too important for shortcuts.
Overview.
Our ophthalmology service covers the full range of eye care, from cataract and refractive surgery to retina, glaucoma, cornea and paediatric ophthalmology. Modern diagnostic technology, OCT, fundus imaging, visual field testing, supports same-day decision making, and laser and microsurgical theatres allow most procedures as day cases. Emergency presentations are seen through our eye casualty service.
