Overview.

Our neonatology team cares for newborns who arrive early, small or unwell, in an on-site neonatal intensive care unit staffed 24/7 by neonatal consultants and specialist nurses. We work in close partnership with obstetrics, so antenatal counselling and delivery planning happen together. Family-centred care is central: parents are part of the round, kangaroo care is encouraged, and breastfeeding support is available throughout the stay.
